Key Responsibilities

- Accurately input information into our internal move software to estimate costs for customers and schedule needs for movers, drivers, and trucks, ensuring seamless execution of our services.

- Educate customers on terminology, policies, procedures, anticipated delays, and any additional information necessary to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements when scheduling moving services and staff, ensuring that all operations are conducted with integrity and adherence to regulations.
- Continuously update your knowledge of all arenaflex products, services, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate the benefits and value of our offerings and address any customer objections.
- Prepare all move-related paperwork and documents on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
- Obtain customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves, to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and proactively resolve any complaints or concerns.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), with an associate's degree in a related field being preferred.
- A minimum of six months to one year of customer service and/or office experience, with outside or inbound sales experience and/or experience in the moving industry being highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills, including being friendly, courteous, and helpful, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional support to our customers.
- Effective listening and communication skills, with the ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.
