Essential Qualifications
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to type 25 wpm, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues and resolve them effectively
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box

Work from Home Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a dedicated workspace that is clean, quiet, and free from distractions.
