**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Demonstrating a high level of customer assistance by phone and in-person, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
* Receiving and recording payments in customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
* Marketing to current and former customers over the phone and in-person for additional business, leveraging your excellent communication skills to drive sales
* Maintaining and securing cash drawers and accounting activities, including balancing and preparing deposits
* Performing office administrative activities, such as checking branch mail, filing, and managing office supplies
* Investigating credit and processing loan applications with precision and speed
