Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Advocate I to join our dynamic call center team. As a Customer Advocate I, you will play a critical role in responding to telephone and written inquiries from members and physicians in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, addressing the needs and concerns of our customers while working in a fast-paced call center environment. You will spend approximately 85% of your scheduled time on the phone, conducting research, and resolving customer inquiries.

Compensation and Benefits
