Role Overview

In this role, you will act as the single point of contact for Amazon, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with our client and internal stakeholders. As an extension of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for proactive management of orders, troubleshooting supply chain issues, and optimizing service to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as case fill and orders on time in full. Your expertise will be crucial in anticipating product availability, managing discontinued products, and introducing new innovations to the market.
