As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our exceptional service, ensuring that our customers receive the help they need throughout their journeys. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers inside and outside our centers, using cutting-edge technology to manage rentals and inventory, and maintaining our equipment to the highest standards. You will be part of a dynamic team that values teamwork, continuous learning, and growth, and we are committed to providing you with the training and support you need to succeed in this role.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with moderate risks or discomforts, and be willing to use protective clothing or gear as required. Physical demands of the role include long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
