- Provide directory assistance, operate computer systems to access telephone directories, and relieve the Information Desk as needed.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a role that involved heavy phone and public contact, cashiering, data entry, and complaint resolution.
- PC and data entry skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems.
