arenaflex is a leading provider of customer care and benefit enrollment services, and we are currently seeking highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our Health Texas project by providing exceptional customer care and benefit enrollment services via telephone, IVR, and web-based portals. In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from consumers, including the general public, prospective enrollees, and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf. You will track and document all inquiries using applicable systems, complete associated tasks according to established guidelines, and meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics. You will also facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download, transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities according to established guidelines, and escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or GED and have 0-6 months of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Customer Service experience is preferred, and you must reside in the state of Texas, within 70 miles of El Paso.
