About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring all relevant information is accurate and timely, and follow company procedures to resolve issues efficiently.
- Input accurate trip data into systems, multitasking effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems, and review and educate members on services and their insurance coverage.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, and provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including handling a high volume of calls (up to 100+ calls per day), and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that demonstrate your ability to provide exceptional customer service and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 0-2 years of related experience, with at least 6 months in a contact center or customer service role
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- Capability to handle a high volume of calls, up to 100+ calls per day, and work independently under general supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
