- Monitoring the crew's group chat during peak hours (11:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST) to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed, ensuring that our team is supported and informed.
- Regularly checking and responding to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members, to maintain open lines of communication.
