This permanent work-from-home position is available to candidates in the PST/CST/MST time zone and offers a competitive pay range, as well as a $1000 sign-on bonus and an additional $2000 retention bonus 180 days after the start date. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing empathetic and member-centric service, educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts.
