Key Responsibilities

In this critical role, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries and issues related to Medicare, including claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and more. Work Schedule and Requirements

This role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and late nights. The Medicare department operates 7 days a week, with full-time shifts ranging from Sunday to Saturday, between 7:45 AM and 8:15 PM. You will be required to work one late night shift and either a Saturday or Sunday shift, with a standard 37.5-hour workweek. Overtime may be offered or required as needed, and you must be available to work beyond the standard 40 hours per week.
