Key Responsibilities
- Arrange customized travel packages, including sports events, concerts, theatre, theme parks, tours, and excursions for families, couples, singles, and businesses
- Determine customer needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
- Plan and book event packages, including travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, and special events
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process or during travel
- Maintain organization and attention to detail when managing multiple client bookings and schedules
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our services and offerings to make recommendations to clients
Essential Qualifications
We're looking for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen interest in the travel industry. While prior experience is not necessary, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- To be at least 18 years old and a resident of the USA or Mexico
