This is a full-time opportunity, working 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, taking orders, answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, resulting in increased satisfaction and loyalty.
To be successful in this role, you must be professional, proactive, and positive, with excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, and 6 months of relevant customer service experience is preferred.
This role is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You will be required to sit, talk, and hear for extended periods, with frequent typing and computer use. Occasional standing, walking, and lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required. Specific vision abilities, including close vision, are necessary for this role.
