We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. Your responsibilities will include the overall coordination and processing of new patient medication orders and reorders, verifying and revifying benefits, translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into our pharmacy information system, communicating and collecting copay amounts, obtaining authorizations, and collaborating with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues.
