About the Role

We're looking for individuals with previous experience in call center customer service, reception, or client intake coordination. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from retailers and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide detailed information about our clothing and accessories, as well as assist clients in navigating our website
- Accurately input purchase orders into our system, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date
- Accept payments over the phone and process requests for refunds, exchanges, and other customer inquiries
