Our team is dedicated to helping students develop their academic careers and achieve their full potential. **Job Description** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the focal point of information between staff, students, and parents. You'll be responsible for: * **Incoming Calls**: Answer all incoming calls, new clients, existing clients, or taking messages, and direct callers to the appropriate contact. * **Client Relations**: Assist in developing relations with existing clients and report all staff, client, vendor, and subcontractor issues to Directors. * **Office Systems**: Develop, implement, follow, and perfect office systems and procedures, including maintaining and managing company calendars, appointments, and client schedules. * **Communication**: Read and answer all work-related emails, compose office correspondence, documents, and reports, and send communication such as "thank you notes" and referral gifts accordingly. * **Marketing Assistance**: Support sales and production, and assist with marketing efforts, including posting company-related posts on social media platforms. * **Staff Meetings**: Participate in staff meetings as needed and ensure the company's public image is consistent and in keeping with branding. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and respond to all incoming calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner. * Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service. * Assist in developing and implementing office systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. * Maintain and manage company calendars, appointments, and client schedules. * Compose and send communication, including "thank you notes" and referral gifts. * Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of marketing strategies. * Ensure the company's public image is consistent and in keeping with branding. **Essential Qualifications** * **Education**: Bachelor's Degree or higher. * **Experience**: Previous experience working in an educational institution or customer service role is a plus. * **Skills**: Excellent organizational and time management skills, self-starter who works well with minimal supervision, coachable and positive attitude, works well under pressure, multitasking, and excellent written and spoken communication. * **Equipment**: Computer with at least Windows 10 or Catalina MacOS, video camera, high-speed internet (above 20mb/s), and a quiet home working space with a clean background. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in using IOS, Windows, MS Office Suite, and G-Suites. * Excellent business etiquette and follow-up procedures. * Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks to fit deadlines. * Tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information. * Calm and professional manner. **Benefits** * Paid time off. * Sick Days. * Vacation Days. **Salary** $17.00 to $20.00/hour depending on education, experience, and skill. **Interview Materials Needed** * Cover Letter. * Resume. * 3 References. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about making a difference in the lives of our students and staff.
