We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Janesville, WI. As a full-time inbound phone service representative, you will be part of a team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience, and will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You will enjoy a hybrid work environment, with the opportunity to work from home two days a week and spend three days on-site at our facility.

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a starting hourly rate of $17.25 and three automatic raises in 12 months, bringing your pay to $18.45 per hour. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as virtual access to board-certified doctors for urgent care and prescription refill needs. We also offer paid time off (PTO) and 6 company holidays per year, access to up to 30% of your paycheck before payday to help with financial emergencies, and up to 14 weeks paid leave for birth parents and up to 4 weeks paid leave for non-birth parents.
