**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative - Medicare, you'll play a vital role in handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, empathy, and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls, emails, and other customer inquiries related to Medicare benefits, claims, and enrollment
* Provide empathetic and solution-focused responses to customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience
* Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to resolve customer issues efficiently
* Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

**Essential Qualifications**
* Call Center Customer Service experience with a focus on inbound calls (no telesales)
* Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset
* Empathy and strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
* Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
* ALL candidates must score a minimum of 80% on the eSkills test
**Preferred Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of customer service experience/call center experience
* Healthcare industry experience, particularly in the Medicare sector
* Previous experience working with call center software and systems
* Medical background or certification (e.g., CNA, LPN, RN)
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
