As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our team to provide timely and effective solutions to our customers' needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat * Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner * Collaborate with our team to provide solutions to customer problems * Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution * Work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer issues * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills * Meet or exceed customer service metrics and performance targets **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment * Strong English grammar and proofreading skills * MS Office proficiency * Typing experience (moderate typing ability at 35 wpm) * Ability to work effectively on independent tasks or work cooperatively as part of a team * Experience with video equipment is helpful but not required * Customer service/retail experience a plus * Must successfully pass arenaflex proficiency tests **Preferred Qualifications** * 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment * Experience with CRM software and customer service tools * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with colleagues * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **What Makes arenaflex Unique?** arenaflex is a dynamic and innovative company that's committed to making a positive impact on our customers' lives.
