Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to passenger inquiries via online channels such as chat and email, providing timely and accurate information to resolve customer concerns.
- Assist passengers with booking, reservations, and other service-related inquiries, ensuring a seamless travel experience from start to finish.
- Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements, staying up-to-date on the latest industry developments and regulatory changes.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary to ensure prompt resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated and efficient customer experience, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Essential Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with passengers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
