We are now seeking a talented and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team, working from the comfort of your own home in Illinois. As a key member of our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the timely support and care they deserve.
In this overnight shift position, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients, addressing their concerns, and providing them with the information and support they need to navigate their treatment journey. Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your passion for helping others, will enable you to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients. Typical calls will include prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage, requiring you to be knowledgeable, empathetic, and proactive in resolving patient inquiries.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. You should also have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications. A verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required. Additionally, you must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL, and be available to work overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST.
