As a Customer Service Representative – Overnight Shift at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, supporting our specialty patients who require life-sustaining medications. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from patients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of their medications. You will be working from the comfort of your own home in Illinois, with a guaranteed 40 hours of work per week. Our pharmacy has a high-energy culture, and we are passionate about providing excellent customer service while resolving patients' questions on the first call.

The typical pay range for this role is between $17.02 and $27.16 per hour.
