**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our purchasing and sales teams to acquire the right products to meet the needs of our customers, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
* Communicate with global and domestic suppliers to resolve issues and negotiate pricing
* Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to acquire the right products for our customers
* Track and monitor domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery
* Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards
* Create and maintain reports to track sales, inventory, and customer satisfaction
* Provide administrative support to the purchasing and sales teams
* Process documentation and maintain accurate records
* Name and maintain stock levels to ensure optimal inventory management
* Screen and respond to customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
* Execute other administrative tasks as required
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role or related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to listen actively and respond promptly to customer needs
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Experience with office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and scanners
* Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
* Ability to maintain accurate records and data entry speed of 17 words per minute
* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Experience in a retail or customer service environment
* Knowledge of inventory management and control systems
* Familiarity with Microsoft Access and other database management systems
