**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Patient Support and Front Desk Operations at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient support and front desk operations. Your primary duties will include:
* Answering calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers in a timely and professional manner
* Handling incoming and outgoing calls per shift, ensuring that all calls are answered and resolved efficiently
* Accurately capturing information and updating systems as needed to ensure seamless communication and data management
* Providing availability, tracking, and shipping information for patient's medication as needed
* Assisting new and returning patients with their application process for services
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve patient concerns and issues
**Key Responsibilities**
