Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with an exceptional experience that exceeds their expectations. Some computer experience is helpful, and you must be able to work well in a fast-paced team environment. You should be friendly, enthusiastic, and able to multitask with ease. Additionally, you must be able to respond to customer concerns, work well under stress, and follow all blithequark policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing. You must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds. You will also be required to push and pull trays, climb stairs, and stoop or bend to perform certain tasks.

Our schedules are flexible, and we will work with you to accommodate your needs. You will have the chance to learn the in-store side of the business and eventually move into management, with many of our General Managers starting as Customer Service Representatives.
