Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, responding to their questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• At least 1 year of office or administrative experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues in a timely and effective manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of calls and a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a remote call center environment, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
