**Key Responsibilities**

**What We're Looking For**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, communications)

* Proficiency in English and Portuguese (additional languages a plus)
* Ability to work with technology, including computers, mobile devices, and software applications
* Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and handle luggage, and travel to different locations for training and meetings
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
* Ability to meet arenaflex's participation guidelines, uniform, and appearance standards
* Valid visa and U.S. visa
