Job Summary
We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting customers with booking, rescheduling, and canceling flights, as well as providing information on flight status, travel policies, and other related inquiries.
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy and understanding.
- Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records of customer transactions to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Staying updated on company policies, promotions, and travel regulations to provide accurate information and ensure consistency in customer interactions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate various digital platforms and software applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
