**Position Overview**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting healthcare processes, including clinical trial recruitment, patient scheduling, and answering inquiries from stakeholders across the healthcare spectrum. You'll provide exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats, assisting patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and pharmacies with inquiries and scheduling, addressing and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
**Key Responsibilities**

* Use active listening and basic medical terminology to effectively assist callers
* Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain precise, organized records of all interactions
* Meet performance standards, adhering to high-speed internet and workspace requirements
**Qualifications**
* **Required:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Quiet, private workspace at home with a wired high-speed internet connection
+ At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Windows/Office applications and the ability to set up and operate computer equipment
+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
+ Ability to remain seated for extended periods while using a computer and speaking on the phone
* **Preferred:**
+ Experience in the healthcare industry
+ Post-secondary education or training in a relevant field
+ Fluency in Spanish and English (bilingual candidates encouraged to apply)

**Schedule & Availability**
* This is a Full-Time position (up to 40 hours per week).
* Training typically lasts two weeks, with sessions held Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM (Eastern Time).
* After training, you will be assigned a fixed schedule, which will remain consistent unless there are changes to business needs or personal requirements.
* The position offers a flexible work schedule with 8-hour shifts between 12 PM and 11 PM (Eastern Time).
* Please note that your schedule will include one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week.
