We're headquartered in Montreal, QC, and we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development. **The Role** As a Customer Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone and email. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your primary goal will be to resolve their issues efficiently and effectively. You'll work independently, taking initiative and assessing cases to the best of your abilities. You'll also be responsible for navigating multiple computer applications with speed and precision, and learning the roles and parts that all of our different departments play at arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Advising and assisting our customers by phone and email in resolving order processing issues such as cancellations, modifications, shipping/billing inquiries, and post-order issues * Performing with substantial autonomy, taking initiative, and independently assessing cases to the best of your abilities * Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and precision with an attention to detail * Learning the roles and parts that all of our different departments play at arenaflex, and utilizing that knowledge to best help our customers **What We're Looking For** * Minimum of one year experience working in an e-commerce or customer service environment (if you feel you have the skills necessary, but have yet to begin your professional career, we'd love to meet) * Bilingualism (English & French) with excellent communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency * Solid computer skills/experience, excellent at online research * No Powersports knowledge whatsoever required (we'll provide the foundation of your moto-fu that you'll continue to build and share!) * Strong drive for progression: we want you to succeed, and we'll provide you with access to online learning modules, both for arenaflex systems and others, that'll allow you to grow professionally * Must be locally based in Montreal, QC, and able to commute to our offices when required **How You'll Benefit** * Competitive salary starting at $18/hour, increasing to $20.75/hour once training has been successfully completed * Bonus for completing training as soon as you're through! * Health Insurance including medical, dental, vision, and life * Free unlimited healthy snacks and drinks * Clean and newly built office environment with ergonomic workstations, and a work-from-home allocation for remote opportunities that you can use to improve your own space * A team of energetic, respectful, and friendly coworkers * A few more perks that we keep secret!
