* Managing communication channels, including email leads, text messages, and phone calls
* Answering phones and assisting customers as needed
* Scheduling appointments and tour reservations as required
* Assisting with inventory management and maintaining accurate records
* Completing daily reports and providing insights to inform business decisions
* Initiating service calls for customers and ensuring timely resolution
* Initiating, modifying, and finalizing leases and addendums for customers
* Assisting with scheduling vendors and managing purchase orders
**Essential Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative Role**
