**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing world-class support to our customers. Working from the comfort of your own home, you'll interact with hundreds of callers daily, using your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve a wide range of customer service inquiries. **Key Responsibilities**
* Interact with hundreds of callers daily, using active listening and critical thinking to bring resolutions to a wide array of customer service inquiries
* Actively resolve complaints and concerns within the queue
* Investigate billing and fraudulent activity concerns
* Process account requests
* Provide guidance with product features and properly diagnose hardware/software issues
* Screen share to resolve technical issues as needed
* Coordinate appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance
* Research articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries
* Properly document notes and effectively summarize conversation details
* Openly accept feedback, coaching, and training to further develop skills
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive salary: $17.85/hour
* Flexible scheduling: A minimum of 38 hours/week will be scheduled between 12pm-10pm CST
* Paid training: 5 weeks of paid training to ensure your success
* Career growth opportunities: As your career progresses and competencies are assessed, there is earning potential up to $18.74/hour within the program

**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or GED
* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred but not required
* Ability to build rapport and trust with people quickly
* Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely
* Willingness to solicit feedback openly and adjust accordingly
