- Attend and participate in staff training sessions, surveys, and department meetings to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and company policies.

- Contribute to meeting departmental performance goals, including average speed of answer, service level, and abandonment rate, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Customer Experience
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, researching and understanding plan information, and documenting relevant details. Your expertise will encompass:
- Covered benefits and exclusions, including prescription drug coverage
- Eligibility, enrollment, and disenrollment processes
- Participating providers and network information
- Claims payments and processes, including authorization and billing
- Premium billing and payment options
- Plan guidelines and policy information
Stewardship

- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Applications, and the ability to navigate multiple screens and applications while reviewing benefit information
- Ability to accurately type 45 words per minute while speaking with a customer on the phone and communicating effectively while multitasking
- Bi-lingual candidates must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend in Spanish and English, with certification required by passing the Bi-lingual/Medical Interpretation test provided by ATLA at arenaflex
