Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, account assistance, and issue resolution, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with care and precision. As a key member of our team, you will navigate and utilize internal systems and tools to provide accurate and efficient support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalations.
