**Job Description:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Answering inbound calls and responding to questions about pharmacy benefits, medication coverage, and mail order solutions
* Providing accurate and timely information to help individuals understand their benefits and make informed decisions about their healthcare
* Resolving issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products

**Requirements:**
* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, military experience)
* PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High school diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to communicate effectively in a positive and professional manner
* Strong customer service skills, including phone etiquette and conflict resolution
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
* Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
