**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience with a strong understanding of technology and its applications
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results
