Position Overview
In this role, you will utilize your outstanding customer service skills, patience, understanding, and compassion to address inbound phone calls from our clients' members, providing support related to their healthcare benefits. Key Responsibilities
- Professionally manage a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring each customer interaction is handled with care and efficiency.
- Gather customer information thoroughly and efficiently, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate customers about products and services as necessary.
- Utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously, demonstrating adaptability and technical proficiency.
- Maintain a high level of dependability, meeting all attendance requirements and adhering to company policies.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, following one-call resolution guidelines or escalating processes as needed, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics, continuously evaluating and identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our clients and their customers.
- Maintain a balance between company policy and client benefits in decision-making, ensuring that each customer interaction is handled with integrity and a commitment to excellence.
- Compile and document customer information as required, ensuring accurate and detailed records.

Essential Qualifications
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
- Dedicated area to work from in your home, with a reliable and distraction-free space to focus on customer interactions.
- Internet speed requirement of 20 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds, with a wired Ethernet connection (wireless access is not permitted).
- Demonstrated passion for excellence in treating and caring for customers, particularly senior citizens, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Strong decision-making and analytical abilities, with the capacity to identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services.
- Schedule flexibility, including weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime, to ensure that customer needs are met 24/7.
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction, with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or benefits-related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications.
