The Role: Customer Service Representative
In this exciting role, you'll be the face of blithequark, communicating with customers via telephone and assisting with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations. You'll be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, including changing travel plans, confirming or obtaining itineraries, requesting refunds, and reporting travel issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide timely, effective support
- Review customer history as necessary to resolve issues and provide personalized solutions
- Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in every interaction
- Help customers change travel plans, provide or confirm travel itineraries, and process refunds as needed
- Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) to resolve issues and confirm details
- Document information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records and improve processes
