About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be taking calls from customers of arenaflex, assisting with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations, and providing top-notch customer service. Our customers typically reach out to change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing their concerns, providing solutions, and ensuring their travel experiences are nothing short of exceptional.

Remote and Flexible Work Arrangements

We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer remote and flexible scheduling options. You will have the freedom to select your own schedule using our self-scheduling platform, allowing you to work around your needs, family commitments, and important life events. Our hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM ET, seven days a week, giving you the flexibility to choose when you work and when you don't.

About You

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you should possess prior customer service experience and strong geographical knowledge. Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is highly preferred. You should also demonstrate excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
