As a member of our team, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive virtual environment that values empathy, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in customer service. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting patients and prescribers through inbound/outbound phone calls or web support, providing solutions to their inquiries and concerns. * Handling various inquiries, including scheduling medication orders, order status updates, explaining patient benefits, resolving account issues, and billing inquiries. * Serving as a liaison between patients and internal expert teams, ensuring seamless communication and support. * Participating in extensive paid training to ensure proficiency in arenaflex systems and procedures. * Maintaining high call volume productivity, handling an average of 30-50 calls daily. * Adhering to scheduled work hours and meeting performance metrics. **Role Summary** Our Experienced Customer Service Representatives are integral to our mission of elevating patient care.
