Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Ticket/Gate Agent. Key Responsibilities
As a Ticket/Gate Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers, providing them with information and guidance on their travel plans
- Handling ticketing and baggage operations, including checking in passengers, printing boarding passes, and processing baggage
- Ensuring the smooth movement of passengers through our airport facilities, including guiding them to their gates and assisting with boarding
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure the efficient operation of our airport facilities
- Performing other duties as required, including opening and closing airport gates, and assisting with unaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
