**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your daily activities will include:
* Inbound and outbound calling to engage with union members and promote our benefits
* Setting appointments and conducting presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and manage customer interactions
* Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional customer experiences
* Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement
* Interacting effectively with all levels of management and employees to achieve team goals
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Good verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues
* Excellent customer relations and communication skills to build strong relationships and resolve issues
* An upbeat and positive attitude with great energy to drive customer satisfaction and team morale
* The ability to interact effectively with people and groups to achieve shared goals
* Strong customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a union or benefits-related environment
* The ability to maintain good customer relations and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
* Legally authorized to work in the US or Canada
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a union or benefits-related environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
* Bilingual or multilingual skills to serve a diverse customer base
