Your primary goal will be to provide personalized support, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. We offer a curated assortment of exclusive products and top brand names in health and beauty, jewelry, home/lifestyle, fashion/accessories, and electronics, incorporating entertainment, personalities, and industry experts to provide a unique shopping experience. **System Requirements** Our Virtual Support Team Members need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. A full specification list will be provided after your interview, but here are a few key items: * Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years * Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications * High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted) * Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported **Training Schedule** Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET.
