As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary goal will be to provide personalized support, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. **Compensation**
* Starting rate: $15.00 per hour
* Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years

**System Requirements**
Our Virtual Support Team Members need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. A full specification list will be provided after your interview, but here are a few key items:
* Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
* Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
* High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
* Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported
**Training Schedule**
Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
