**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our members. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls from members, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services
* Utilize active listening skills to understand members' concerns and provide empathetic solutions
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, building trust and rapport through exceptional customer service
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to members
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to members
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of collaboration, respect, and open communication
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or related environment
* Strong communication, both written and verbal, with excellent active listening skills
* Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with members
* Patient and empathetic attitude, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple calls simultaneously
* Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Computer literacy, with experience using CRM software and other customer service tools
* Willingness to become Property & Casualty licensed, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior experience in Property & Casualty or a related industry
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on inbound calls
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
* Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
* Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with members from diverse backgrounds
