**Position Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Caremark Member Operations division as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to help simplify their health care experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Take inbound calls and answer questions in a patient, helpful, and professional manner
* Provide personalized support and solutions to help members navigate their health care journey
* Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
* Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
* Offer solutions to help simplify members' health care experience and improve their quality of life

**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
* Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
* Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
* Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
* Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
* Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
* At least 6 months of health care experience
