In this role, you will be the voice of blithequark, cultivating relationships and retaining customers through empathetic and consultative approaches. Your success will depend on your ability to transform frustrated exchanges into excellent customer experiences, leveraging your good listening skills and effective communication under pressure. With extensive knowledge of our products and services, you will resolve problems and offer solutions to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
This is a full-time position (40 working hours per week) with hours of operation subject to change, including possible mandatory overtime when business needs require. Current business hours are Monday – Friday 7:00am to 9:00pm and Saturday & Sunday 8:00am to 9:00pm CST. Initial training/nesting hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm (~3 months), with attendance mandatory daily. Post-training/nesting hours will shift to later hours that could include Saturday and/or Sunday.
