In this role, you will be part of the Caremark Member Operations division, which is a critical component of arenaflex's Pharmacy Benefit Manager business. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You will have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients. Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans via inbound calls
- Answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
- Receive comprehensive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Essential Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience interacting with customers (e.g., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner

- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
