**Compensation and Benefits**
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:

**Salary and Bonus Structure**
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be eligible for a salary range of $45,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. You'll also be eligible for an annual bonus program, paid out in March and December.
