We take pride in our expertise and commitment to excellence, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Specialist - Overnight/Weekend Support, you will be responsible for: * Handling and resolving email requests from a dedicated client and interpreters related to scheduling, as the first point of contact. * Assisting in answering clients/interpreters calls, when needed. * Efficiently inputting data and maintaining accurate database information. * Managing all inbound interpreter calls and inquiries. * Managing all inbound interpreter calls, emails, and securing interpreters to cover appointments. * Managing all appointments for a dedicated client by meeting both arenaflex and client service levels for securing interpreters to the appointments. * Other duties as assigned by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager. **Key Skills and Qualifications:** * Possess the ability to handle stressful and challenging situations in a calm and professional manner while working with internal and external clients. * Professional communication skills; verbal and written. * Proficiency with standard software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with other web-based applications. * Ability to excel in a demanding, dynamic, and team-based working environment. * 2 years of experience in customer service. * 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment. * Exceptional data entry & accuracy skills. * Professional verbal & written communication skills. * Organized & motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in MS Office applications. * Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams. * Ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problems. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary range: $20-22/hour. * Full-time schedule: 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts on Friday-Sunday. * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and team-based environment. * Professional growth and development opportunities. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. * Paid time off and holidays. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. **Work Environment and Culture:** arenaflex is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
